Summary: The customer service was poor, even we had no disturbs sign, the housekeeper keeped knocking, the people in front of the door of the hotel were staring all the time, but the locations is best.

Summary: Nice place friendly s staff the only problem that there was a night near the hotel the music was so loud till 2 am and the bed wasn’t so comfortable.

Summary: Smoking right in front of the hotel entrance was really bad This is ok for smokers Smoking is very common in whole Turky nobody cares. Hotel staff was very friendly.

Summary: Hotel is friendly, comfortable & convenient being situated just off Taksim Square. My only grumble was that breakfast was very basic & simple with little choice (nothing hot) and didn’t even include any fruit juice to drink.
